Feature Handset Replacement Protection
What's covered? Loss, theft, malfunction/mechanical electrical failure (after the manufacturer's warranty), and accidental damage of your wireless equipment. The wireless equipment that is claimed must have a valid IMEI or ESN and be active and registered in the carrier’s billing system at the time of the loss, theft or damage.
How much will be added to my monthly bill? $4.99 for insured standard handsets $5.99 for insured advanced, PDA or smartphones per covered wireless equipment per month.
How fast will I get a replacement phone? Typically you can pick up your replacement equipment at a store on the same day that your claim is approved.
What type of replacement phone will I receive? Your replacement phone will be new or reconditioned and of like kind and quality. Reconditioned phones may have minor cosmetic flaws.
What are the claim limits? You are limited to 2 claims in any 12-month period per wireless subscription.

What is the Processing fee? Your processing fee will be based on the make and model of the equipment for which you make a claim. Please consult the Processing Fee Schedule below for device-specific information,
